Billecart’s iconic rosé is a blend of 40% chardonnay and 30% each of pinot noir (with a small part added as red wine) & pinot meunier. It is based on the 2015 vintage with 40% reserve wines; not too much because Billecart Salmon aims for a “fruity” style for this marquee champagne.

Drink 2020-2033.”
