Vinified in 350-liter barrels and spending two winters on the lees, the 2017 Bourgogne Chardonnay offers up a complex bouquet of citrus zest, dried flowers and beeswax, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny palate with good tension at the core and impressive length and concentration for its appellation.
