2018 - Morgon Cuvee Marcel Lapierre, M. et C. Lapierre

Saturated violet. A highly perfumed and complex bouquet features intense red and blue fruit, incense, potpourri and musky earth qualities and a smoky mineral note that builds with air. Displays a compelling blend of depth and vivacity to the sweet black raspberry, mulberry and cherry liqueur flavors, which show superb definition and back-end lift. The floral and spice notes drive a strikingly long and gently chewy finish that echoes the cherry note and is framed by slowly building tannins.
