  • Storage

    £13.20 per 9-litre case (pro-rata)

    No receipt or handling charges

    £52.80 minimum charge

  • Condition reports

    £18 per rotation/case, which includes photographs.

  • Broking

    10% on a commission basis. More details here

  • Bond transfers

    Bond to Bond transfer from Reserves

    £24 fee per instruction (up to 15 cases), plus delivery.

    Bond to Bond transfer for a Seckford purchase

    £24 fee per instruction which includes delivery.

  • Delivery

    Charges to a UK mainland address (excluding some parts of Scotland).

    Based on 75cl bottles (other formats charged pro-rata):

  • Collect your wines

    You can collect your own wines by appointment free of charge. Large collections arranged for a carrier may be subject to an administration fee.

  • Transfer of ownership

    £18 for up to 10 cases, transfer within Seckford

  • Transferring stock from IB to DP

    £18 for up to 10 cases - admin charge for IB to DP within Seckford portfolios, plus the duty/VAT.

  • Exports from Reserves

    May be subject to an administration fee for export documents.

  • Duty & VAT

    Duty rates (subject to 20% VAT) per bottle from 1st February 2026, including changes.
