One of the sexiest, most voluptuous and textured wines in the vintage is the 2013 Cornas from Robert. Olive, bacon fat, cassis, bay leaf and gunpowder-like characteristics all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, pure and layered Cornas that’s already hard to resist. Given its overall balance and purity, it will drink well for another 10-12 years easily.
