Lemon-yellow color. Candied yellow fruits are lifted by a floral quality on the nose. Enters the mouth with mirabelle and nuts, then turns brighter on the back half, showing intense citrus fruit flavors and a light touch. Very rich but with a restrained sweetness. This very bright Boucheres, from grapes picked early, finishes with surprising lemony grip and cut.

Meursault

Meursault, in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, is famed for its rich and complex Chardonnay wines. Known for opulent textures, vibrant acidity, and nutty, buttery flavours with notes of stone fruits, citrus, and hazelnuts, these wines also feature a subtle minerality and creamy mouthfeel from limestone-rich soils and oak ageing. Though lacking Grand Cru vineyards, Premier Cru sites like Les Perrières, Les Genevrières, and Les Charmes produce exceptional wines. Top producers include Domaine des Comtes Lafon, Domaine Roulot, and Domaine Coche-Dury, all celebrated for showcasing Meursault's unique terroir.
