2012 - Laboro Disubbidiente, Alessandro e Gian Natale Fantino

With a light and luminous ruby color, this wine shows the typical appearance of Nebbiolo. The 2012 Laboro Disobedient is a terrific wine that plays forward with beautiful elegance and grace. It is lean and compact in presentation, but the aromatic intensity far outpaces its subtle visual impact. Soft cherry and wild berry aromas are backed by licorice, tar and grilled herb. This vintage is drinking beautifully at the moment, but it will certainly hold longer.
