Tasting Notes

Vinous Stephen Tanzer - 01 Jan 18
Bright medium red. Ripe, complex aromas of raspberry, strawberry, musky soil tones and underbrush, plus a faint leathery nuance. Big, rich, mouthfilling wine with a remarkably spherical shape for Beaune wine. Finishes with ripe, dusty tannins and excellent savory persistence. Two thousand fifteen is a great vintage with rare plenitude, noted Frédéric Lafarge.
