Vinous Josh Raynolds - 01 Mar 19
Lurid ruby-red. Sexy, energetic aromas of ripe red and blue fruits, candied flowers and allspice are complemented by hints of smoky minerals and licorice. Juicy and energetic on the palate, offering appealingly sweet raspberry, boysenberry and rose pastille flavors and a touch of exotic spices. In a fresh, exuberant style but showing plenty of depth as well. The impressively long, gently tannic finish shows just a hint of tannins and echoes the floral note.
