100% Chardonnay. Céline's original vineyard, acquired with the help of an association that supports young farmers and real regard for farming practices. Aged in very old barrels of differing sizes.Deep straw colour. Heady and much more Jura than Chardonnay. Chiselled and still very youthful. Admirable energy. (JR)
