The 2023 Chablis Les Séchets 1er Cru has a wonderful, effervescent bouquet that blossoms in the glass, revealing crushed stone, Granny Smith and light white pepper scents. The palate is poised, harmonious and lightly spiced, with a refined, almost understated finish and hints of white tea and grilled walnut, not unlike a Meursault! This is phenomenal.
