Robert Parker Wine Advocate William Kelley - 30 Jan 25
Aromas of pear, stone fruits, white flowers and freshly baked bread introduce the 2023 Morey-Saint-Denis Blanc, a medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy wine with a sweet core of fruit and a lingering finish.

Racked in June, tank sample.Mid lemon. Nose of apple, almond and peach with just a touch of reduction. Quite generous medium-bodied fruit on the palate with very keen, high acidity. Currently just a little disjointed. Perhaps first wine of the day syndrome. (MH)

Morey-Saint-Denis Fine Wine

Morey-Saint-Denis

Morey-Saint-Denis, a prestigious appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, is known for its elegant, well-structured Pinot Noir wines that balance the power of Gevrey-Chambertin and the finesse of Chambolle-Musigny. These wines feature flavours of red and black fruits, earthy spices, and floral notes, with refined tannins and excellent ageing potential. Home to five Grand Cru vineyards, including Clos de Tart and Clos Saint-Denis, top producers like Domaine Dujac, Domaine Ponsot, and Domaine des Lambrays are celebrated for their traditional winemaking and expressive wines.
