Incorporating 30% whole clusters, the 2015 Shiraz-Viognier looks a bit stemmy right now, which is why I've pushed its drinking window out a couple of years. It's still floral, spicy and richly fruited, with cherries and berries aplenty, plus savory hints of black olive. Maybe more velvety than silky at this early stage, I expect it to have a long, positive evolution.
