Peachy, cherry-red menthol-slashed fruit. Lots of menthol, which is both fresh and bitter. Tannins like sucking on a eucalyptus leaf. Is this a lot of whole-bunch fermentation or a vineyard thing, I wonder? Either way, more angles than answers. (TC)
