Rieslings from Egon Muller are among the very finest in Germany; produced in a side valley of the Saar river from the famous Scharzhofberg vineyard. The slope rises up more like a wall than a vineyard, where the soil consist mostly of grey slate. The wines produced here are beautifully subtle and delicate.
